Model for Faster Implementation of More Complex Products
Funkwerk Information Technologies has been working successfully in accordance with the current V-Modell for more than 15 years. This is the most widely used procedure model which standardises all activities and products involved in the development of IT systems, and provides a platform for achievement of the following objectives:

In combinbation with the less generic process description RUP ("Rational Unified Process") the V-Modell describes an iterative, incremental and object-oriented procedure which gives the customer a general idea of the created system at an early stage. For the development of safe systems we apply the CENELEC standards EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129. Our development processes are monitored by our own safety assessment center, which is recognised by the EBA (Eisenbahn-Bundesamt /Federal Railway Authority), to ensure their conformity with these standards.

The tools we prefer to work with are the development tools by IBM Rational, which cover the most important areas of the software development process and the "Automated Software Quality":
